Good Faith Estimate

At Renew Texas Family Chiropractic, you are entitled to a "Good Faith Estimate" that outlines the anticipated costs of your medical care. By law, patients without insurance or those choosing not to use insurance are eligible to receive an estimate of their charges for medical services and items.

You have the right to obtain a detailed Good Faith Estimate for the complete expected costs of any non-emergency services or items. This estimate will encompass associated expenses such as medical tests, prescription medications, equipment, and hospital charges.

It is important to ensure that your healthcare provider supplies you with a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day prior to the delivery of your medical service or item. Feel free to request a Good Faith Estimate from Renew Texas Chiropractic before scheduling a service or item.

If your final bill exceeds your Good Faith Estimate by $400 or more, you have the option to dispute the bill. Remember to keep a copy or photograph of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
